Caucus and SIG Meeting Room Request
For the Montreal conference, SCMS will provide two meeting rooms for Caucus/SIG meetings. The rooms are Yamaska (capacity 20) and Les Voyageurs 2 (capacity 80). These rooms will be available beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2015 through Sunday, March 29, 2015.
Please sign up for ONE meeting time no later than Friday, January 9, 2015, 5PM CT by clicking the link below after you have reviewed the preliminary draft of the conference program on the SCMS website.
Room Request (form available in December)
Meetings cannot be scheduled at the same time as the Orientation for New Members & Networking Session (Thursday, 11am-12:45pm), Members’ Business Meeting (Friday, March 27 from 11am to 12pm), or during the Award Ceremony or the Reception (Friday, March 27, 4:15-7:30pm).
If you need to request a larger space for your Caucus/SIG meeting, due to expected attendance (over 80 ppl) or you need a meeting time in the evening once official sessions have ended, please fill out the Onsite Space/Room Request form below.
If you need menus from the hotel for your meeting/reception, please contact Leslie LeMond, Conference Manager.

If you need to reserve a room for an affiliate event/reception or for a Caucus/SIG meeting time other than a designated time on the form above, please sign up for a time/date/space by January 9, 2015, 5PM CT.

*NOTE* Once the program is finalized (early February 2015), the Conference Manager will send you an "Event Confirmation" which lists the details (room assignment/time/date for your event. Please review it carefully.
Please keep in mind, all Onsite/Space Room Request must be reviewed/approved by the Program Committee Staff.
