2010 CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
All requests for refunds MUST be e-mailed to the SCMS office at office@cmstudies.org and received no later than 11:59 PM CST February 7, 10. Telephone requests CANNOT be honored.
Conference registration refunds will be processed at 80% of the amount paid and processed after the conference.
No refunds will be issued after February 7 for any reason.
