Registration Fees

SCMS Student Member $ 75 USD
Non SCMS Student Member $ 85 USD

SCMS Member $109 USD
Non SCMS Member $119 USD


Due to the large volume of conference registrations and payments the home office receives, no confirmations will be sent to participants or attendees confirming receipt of registration and payment.

Everyone who registers for the conference will receive a name badge and conference program at the SCMS conference registration desk when they check in.


Conference Presenters who are presenting a paper, participating in a workshop, chairing a session or serving as a respondent at the 2010 Los Angeles conference must be a member of SCMS AND register and pay the registration fee on or before  December 20, 2009.  (Two separate fees are required to participate in the conference: (1) membership fee AND (2) conference registration fee.)

If payments are not received by December 20, 2009 their names, affiliations and paper titles will not appear in the final conference program.

(Anyone presenting or attending the conference is required to register for the conference.)

Conference Registration (Credit Card)

After successful completion of your conference registration payment a receipt from Paypal will be e-mailed to you. Please keep this e-mail as this is your receipt for your paid conference registration.


Conference Registration (Check/Money Order)

(Checks and Money Orders must be in USD and funds must be drawn from a US Bank and payable to SCMS. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks).

After successful completion of your mail-in conference registration, print TWO copies of the form/receipt.  One copy is to mail with your registration payment to the SCMS Office and one copy is your receipt for your paid conference registration. 

Note:  You will not receive a paid conference registration receipt at the conference.
