Reservations will be accepted until the cut-off date of March 1, 2017—based on availability. Reservations should be made as soon as possible as the hotel will likely sell out early (well before the cut-off date).

Everyone who makes their reservation at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park before the early bird deadline of January 13, 2017 will be entered in a drawing to win the cost of their entire stay at the conference (up to 4 nights) – certificate expires June 30, 2017.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Cancellation of reservation(s) should be made 24 hours prior with no penalty (cancel by 3PM the day before you arrival). Cancellations made after this deadline might be charged a penalty of up to one (1) night, plus applicable taxes.
Complimentary internet access in our meeting room/s and guestrooms is one of SCMS’ negotiated concessions with the hotel. High speed internet connectivity is accessible in all guest rooms, meeting rooms and public areas such as the main lobby and the lounges.

The Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, its regulations, and guidelines. So that the hotel can better assist persons with special needs, individuals should indicate their specific needs when making a reservation.
There are rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms feature wide doorways, lower door handles, lower light switches and grab bars in the bathroom.

When you book a hotel room it is best to (1) call the hotel directly and "block" your accessible room for the desired dates, (2) have the hotel email or fax you a confirmation noting the accessible room, and (3) call the hotel directly 24-48 hours in advance or your arrival to confirm your accessible room.
When calling the nationwide reservations call center for many hotel chains, they do not have the ability to "block" wheelchair accessible rooms with individual hotel properties. We recommended to call the hotel directly, and speak to the front desk to properly reserve and block your accessible guestroom.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS
Each extra person (beyond 2 occupants) sharing a room will be charged an additional $30 per night. There is no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room (3/room).
