Biography: Patrice Petro is Vice Provost for International Education, Director of the Center for International Education, and Professor of English and Film Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Patrice received her Ph.D. in the Division of Broadcasting and Film at the University of Iowa in 1986.
